The Highams Park Society will be running a photographic competition entitled ‘Our Trees’.

The competition will be launched at the Highams Park Day on the 13th July 2019.

’ First Prize – £100 (kindly donated by Hobson of Highams Park).
Any other entries that are highly commended will be awarded prizes of £20

Entries are limited to 2 images per person and should be sent to ‘’.  The photograph(s)  must be of trees in Highams  Park,

The closing date for the competition is Sunday 15th September 2019

The photographs will be judged by a panel. The winning entry and any entries that are highly commended will be displayed in Hale End Library

Previous competition:  ‘Our Lake’

The Highams Park Society ran a photography competition titled ‘Our Lake’ for photographs taken around Highams Park Lake.

The first prize was won by Steven Beck.  The highly commended award was won by Amber Crawford (aged 9) and the five people who won the commended awards were Roger Torode, Michael Holland, Lilian Sugarhood, Leonie Moore and Ton Spender.

The judges were surprised at the high quality of the entries and we congratulate all of the winners.  We would also like thank all who took part in the competition.
